backlinksI’ve mentioned several times before that submitting your blog’s rss feed to the rss directories is a ‘one-off’ task that can create backlinks to your blog every time you add a new blog post.

And there are several RSS Directories to submit your feed to.

But it is not just your blog’s rss feed.

You can submit your EzineArticles account feed as well…

Go to your EzineArticle account and click on the RSS Icon.

Your feed domain will then be listed.

Copy the rss feed domain name and submit it to the RSS Directories.

Each time you add a new EzineArticle, it will get some backlink luv!

Do the same with all your article directory accounts – most of them have RSS feeds for your personal accounts.

Submitting all these different RSS feeds to numerous RSS directories is definitely worth doing but it can be time consuming.

To cut down the time, invest a little of your money in a tool that can speed up the submission like, RSSBot.

That’s what I use and it takes seconds rather than hours.

According to Market Samurai (the best keyword research tool available), this blog now has 15, 202 backlinks – many as a result of submitting my feeds to the RSS Directories using RSSBot.

Do you submit your different feeds to the RSS Directories?

Please share your views in the comments below. Thanks.

it’s also good to make an RSS mix of all the feeds from a blog, microblogging accounts (squidoo, hubpages, blogger, etc) and article directories, then submit it to RSS feed directories. I’ve done that before and I do think it’s effective in generating good backlinks and quality traffic.

I was not aware of this. Does it work with other article directory sites? Like Ehow?

      Dean,

Some article directories do, some don’t. You have to find the RSS feed button to find out.
