Since the beginning of the year, I’ve been going to the gym 3 times a week. I must lose some weight! I get there nice and early – 6.30am – just as the doors open. You’d think I’d be alone or perhaps just a few of us…but I’m not. There’s about 50 of us! Young and old....What Do You Want To Do Today?
