    I’m still skeptical in building a list simply b/c I value immediate income more. If they sign up for my mailing list, my emails can land in their spam inbox.. or they can just dismiss it as spam. If they click on my affiliate link however, it might turn into a sale.

    If you have a good brand, and send out useful emails often, I can see the value in building a list though

      Building the list is only the start…then it is building a relationship with them.

    As you may know, list building is essential. And sadly it took me a while to really know just exactly why this is.

    Today, list building is deemed an absolutely essential part of marketing strategy. It is looked upon as an investment which is able to generate durable profit and boost up earnings.

    By creating a list that is effective, you can reach your customers and have a method to build steady connections with them.
Without creating a list it will be extremely difficult to sell your products or services. Irrespective of where they live, you can interact with them as long as they are in the list.

    But by no means should you make the breach of bombarding your target market with dishonest offers or overly high advertisements. Only contact them when you have a product or service that might be worthy of to them, not you.

      And share advice with them you don’t normally share on your blog…make them feel special.
