Its been awesome watching this site grow! 1200 visits for one post is amazing!
As far as the back-scratching business goes, I wish it were true for the market I am in. Even though I am passionate in my area, other sites have mostly taken advantage of “link swaps” (even those that asked to swap in the first place), its been quite depressing.
There needs to be more Lee’s in my market! Haha 🙂

Blog feedback can be quite personal but here is my view:
1. Add a lighter background. I find the dark color off-putting.
2. Increase the size of your font…way too small for me.
3. Add images to your posts. People love images.
4. Add social bookmarking buttons at the top of your posts – make it easy for people to share.
5. Your opt-in says, “Receive a Brand New 2011 Ebook FREE”. About what? Where’s the benefit? Why should I sign up?
6. I looked at your source code and I couldn’t tell which keywords you are targeting. The was no comment theme in the title, description and keywords.
