Remember the other day when I posted my article about customer service stories?

Well, a good blogging friend of mine, Bruce Bair (who owns a blog called Get the Skinney which is about “Connecting Boomer Men with Information they can Trust”), created a video of the post.

You can see the video here:

All the best,

    Hi Andrew,

I watched the video which is a nice plug in for you.

I wish customer service stories would all be funny and that customers were the subjects of the jokes.

However, with some companies their customer service should be called customer rip-off or disservice.

The key is to make sure that we serve customers properly and shun those who take advantage of them.

Interesting nice funny video … A customer complains is an opportunity to restore goodwill, make better relationships and improve your procedures. Though there is no set way to deal with complains, but there are some logical stages in a complaints procedure.

I definitely like your approach…”A customer complains is an opportunity to restore goodwill, make better relationships and improve your procedures. ”
