My good friend Hesham (owner of Famous Bloggers) has come up with a great idea…a job board.
Us bloggers cannot be great at everything. As individuals we should concentrate on our strengths and outsource the type of work we are not so good at.
That’s what people do when they use my blogging services.
They may be brilliant writers but not so good at the technical side. Or they may be brilliant at the technical side and hate writing.
Whatever you hate doing or are not so good at, outsource it. It’s easy.
So back to Hesham’s job board…
If you are looking for a specialist in any field to do with blogging, simply list your requirements and the specialist will apply.

I can see that Hesham has really kicked it off with his job board. And for good reason, people are always looking for someone to outsource the jobs they don’t know or are to busy to do and more so in the blogging business where many have their mini-websites, ebooks and other money making stuff, and they dont have time to write new posts.
And I think we all know that outsourcing is necessary for a successful business.
Alex, glad to hear that you value outsourcing!
This is exactly the reason and the goal of the new job board.
Andrew, I can not thank you enough for mentioning the new job board!
I’ve published a review of WPJobBoard plugin I am using today on FB, it’s really nice plugin and it dose the job perfectly!
One part of the plugin is actually taking care of Resumes submission, it’s where we suppose to allow bloggers to create a page that has their info to share it with employers who are looking for hiring, however I didn’t activate this part yet, I’ve decided to take it by steps as we need to get the job board active first!
Thank you again, and have a great day
Hesham,
You are welcome!
I hope the Jobs Board really takes off.
Andrew
Outsourcing is something I focus on a lot these days…I did an interview with Tyrone Shum a while back and he broke it all down to me.
Good stuff Andrew

thank you for the post ,and the links ,i’ll be checking them 🙂
Hi Andrew
When Hesham published the post about the job board I did go….yay 🙂
Hope to find techies at a later date to do all those things I either can’t do or that take me far too long to figure out. At the moment my techie friends kindly do them for me.
I would love to write for other people so this may be an avenue I take once I have everything established on my blog.
Hesham is always looking for ways to help us and I for one really appreciate his kindness. Great that you did this write up so others will know about it too.

Patricia,
Good writers are always sought after.
Andrew
Hi andrew,
I agree with Patricia on the way to help other bloggers, although where would be the best place for uk based bloggers to get involved?
Ash
Ash,
Why UK based?
You have access to the world…
Andrew
congrats on opening a job board. will sure apply
He’s done a great job so far, I hope it takes off for him.
I was wondering myself if I should do something similar once SBBC is fully functioning for a while, whatcha think?
Why not?
A little competition never hurts.
Andrew
Note: I never think on terms of “competition”.
If I were though, it would be towards problogger; I think his job-board is the longest running.
I don’t really know why I asked, I guess I’ll just see how others do…..it seems to be at least a part-time job by itself to do it right.
The famous blogger job board/blog seems like a great idea, hopefully they will have some sort of check involved so people stay honest and the board can thrive.
This offer is great and I have read that these blogger share profit with all those who participate to generate revenue but how an individual can know about the profit or all the statistical information.
Good move by Hesham. Outsourcing not only helps us out with the areas that we are not good at but it also helps other people get jobs too. It’s another win-win situation for us. So I highly encourage people to turn to outsourcing to not only help ourselves but to help the unemployment issues that people are facing everyday.
