I bought Darren’s e-book 12 months ago – and am reading it again. It’s like having many books within a book because the links take us on mini-journies to deepen our understanding of the topic. Having 31 Days working timetable set out clearly is so do-able. [But it’s like everything – you can’t just walk past the gym and get fit – you have to actually go in and do the workouts].
I highly recommend it – easy to read and follow.
