Most people who want to sell their services write some text, sit back and hope the customers will come flocking!
In many cases, it turns people off. And they go straight for the ‘close page’ button.
Why?
For many reasons including:

Wherever we look there are reports of things going missing, being taken by sneaky scammers, and people being ripped off by unscrupulous con-artists.
As a result of my recent experience in a Lush shop (the company is really called Lush – I’m not trying to get down with the kids!), I thought I would share some tangible actions you can use to make your customers ecstatic!

My wife and I went into Lush (a UK retail company) at the weekend.
My wife purchased some face cleaner and the shop assistance asked us “If we drink green tea?”
I do, so replied “Yes”
The shop assistant gave us a box of Clipper green tea for free.
