By signing up for The WBYB Backup, Update and Security Monitoring Service you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below.

– There is a 6 month minimum contract.

– Upgrades/updates and backups are not guaranteed to prevent problems nor help you recover from problems.

– You should always have more than one backup in place. I recommend the free UpdraftPlus: WP Backup & Migration Plugin. Remember my motto “You can never have too many backups”!

– Restoring a site is a permanent process and without a more recent backup cannot be undone. Any changes after the date of the restore file will be permanently lost.

– WBYB is not responsible if due to technical reasons I am unable to restore your site using a backup. Technology sometimes goes wrong and the restore process is NOT guaranteed to be successful. These restrictions are passed through from services I use, for example Amazon S3
