During week 2, Jimmy’s Affiliatenaire™ course starts to explain all about blogging and building a list.
He explains in detail how to make a blog and then customize your blog, like choosing the best theme and what pages you must have in place.
I’m going to use this blog while I progress in my Affiliate Marketing Strategy.
Not only do you get pages and pages of great advice from Jimmy, he also provides numerous videos to show you exactly how to set up and tweak your blog.
The one major thing I learnt from this weeks lesson was having an ‘About me’ page on your blog. Although I’ve been ‘on-line’ for 3 years now, I’ve never actually written an ‘about me’ page and Jimmy’s course sparked me into action.
So here’s my: about me page
What do you think?
What would you change about it?
I’ve just received the week 3 lesson in my in-box as promised by Jimmy and this week is crucial.
In week 3, Jimmy tells us how to set up our list. He shares with us, 3 examples that has grown his list to thousands and recommends the best one.
I’ve grow my own customer lists by giving away free e-books and free e-courses but I have never used Jimmy’s recommended way, so I shall try that.
He also gives tips on what we should call our giveaway and how to give it away. He recommends using Aweber and talks you through (and shows you via videos) exactly how to set up your Aweber account.
Also more videos showing you exactly how to set up your sign-up code and adding to your blog, your “confirmation” and “thank you” pages for those who opt-in.
I have completed several of these tasks numerous times before, so I am keen to see how Jimmy recommends the set-up.
Expect to see some changes over the next few weeks and I’ll keep you posted on how fast my list grows.

That is a good idea to have an about page, it provides a connection between you and the reader.
