Yet article writing is a skill that lost its way a bit. The telephone took over as prime communications tool from the written letter. People spoke more than they wrote. Most bloggers feel that by uploading content onto their blogs they are providing information that will be believed to be accurate and contribute to their online credibility. However, that it is not always the case.
Information or the straight forward compilation and presentation of facts might seem to provide the power to the blogger to enable him to acquire credibility. But it is not all information that offers power to the information supplier.
The information that a blogger uploads onto his blog must be reliable information.

So just imagine:
- you are the best copywriter in the world and you have created a phenomenal sales page
- you have set up your site perfectly with the best keywords and optimization and Google loves your site
- your site receives the highest traffic for any website on the net
But…you are still not selling!

In a recent post I talked about, your Credibility Starts With Your Name.
And you have to have credibility in your expertise.
Having professional credibility is the one concept that most Internet marketers know about and take to heart. They understand that in order to be able to sell your own eBook on a topic you have to have some credibility as an expert in this field.
There are a fair number of Internet marketers who know this, but who think because it is the Internet they can get away with pretending to be an expert. And many do get away with it and manage to sell bogus products to many people.
