A list of contacts is one of the most important things a blogger can have. If you’re serious about making money online, you need to learn how to build a list the right way.
Getting people to provide you with their email addresses willingly can be somewhat difficult, so you need to prove to them that you will only send out informative emails and updates and not spam.
Furthermore, you also need to promise to keep their emails private and not sell them to a third party.
One of first products I created to sell on-line was a ‘Management’ e-book.
I had 30 years experience of being a Manager and managing people so I thought that would be an easy and good start.
Thee years later, it still sells today.
“Create once, sell many times” is a motto I like!
I have updated it and added extra bonuses etc throughout the thee years but 90% of the work was the original creation.
I know that it can seem overwhelming and sometimes impossible to get started, however many people are making money on-line with e-books and you could be too.
Since the beginning of the year, I’ve been going to the gym 3 times a week. I must lose some weight!
I get there nice and early – 6.30am – just as the doors open.
You’d think I’d be alone or perhaps just a few of us…but I’m not.
There’s about 50 of us! Young and old.
All wanting to get fitter, leaner or more muscular.
At the weekend, I purchased a great CD to listen to while I’m sweating away on the running and rowing machines.

Some of you know that for almost 2 years now, my wife and I have been learning ballroom and latin dancing. We don’t think yet it’s a talent but we can do a few steps in the Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Quickstep, Pasodoble, Jive, Rumba, and Cha-cha-cha.
And it’s very much like blogging.
You never stop learning. You make mistakes. You trip up. You ask others for advice. And if you want to improve it’s hard work, takes total commitment and positive results take months.
Those ‘adverts’ promising quick riches by guys standing next to their big houses and flashy cars have fooled some of us bloggers.
A couple of weeks ago I mentioned The Jungle of Life were Blogging for a Cause!

When you are creating a product, you want to use a proven product launch formula. Then each time you create a product, simply follow it, learn from the actual launch and tweak it / change it for next time.
Last week I launched my latest product (a jointly created product with Anja Merret), “How to Write Articles for Maximum Effect”.

Well, at last I’ve done it!
I’ve finally created a guide that shows you the exact steps you have to take to make your own blog. Right from deciding upon a domain name through to adding blog posts (and with many steps in-between) – it’s all in this free guide.
It took me a little while to create because I’ve added lots of screen images and links to videos but I certainly enjoyed creating it.

“In the world of e-Commerce today, it is crucial businesses have a presence on the Internet, no matter how small they are…”, I started.

“What is e-Commerce?”
I was taken aback.
I didn’t know what the ‘e’ stood for?

Subsequent to the talk, I did a little research.
e-Commerce is short for “electronic commerce.”
So what’s “electronic commerce,” then?
So you want to make money on-line…either selling your own products or someone else’s as an affiliate.
Who are you going to sell to?
Your website visitors?
Yes, you will get a few buyers, if you are advertising a product or resource they want.
A better way is to build up a customer email list whereby you email free advice and special offers.

But there are various reasons why individuals have, require or want an Internet presence via a website or a blog.
And FUN...
Some just want to share their adventures…their stories…their photos…whatever is happening in their lives.
Some want a blog because “everyone else has and I don’t want to be left out”
