  1. This is something I’ve personally debated. I only like to outsource to people I’ve personally trained and can trust (and check up on!).

  2. Hi Andrew
I first got introduced to outsourcing by Yaro Starak. Hadn’t heard about it till then but I was new to blogging.
I dream of the time when I have monetized my blog and can outsource the jobs I find onerous such as all the techie stuff that takes me sooooo long to figure out. Then I can use my time to do the things I enjoy like writing posts and commenting on blogs.

I know exactly what you mean but…think about how much your time is worth.

If it takes you an hour to figure something technically out and someone with the know-how only 10 minutes…then it could be worth outsourcing. Then you can concentrate on what you love to do and feel so much better.

And outsourcing can be a lot less expensive than you think.

  3. Thanks, Andrew for reminding me never to try to be a techie. Your answer to Patricia is perfect.

Why spend time doing things that are so hard when people like you, Andrew, make them so easy?

The only outsourcing I love is when someone sends me a dynamite guest post. Love that.

That’s a pitch, in case anyone out there is interested.

It’s a must for growth; it really is that simple.

I outsource all my design work, and am attempting no to outsource my SEO. I will breath a big sigh of relief when that goes through.

Thanks Andrew for compiling list of useful articles about outsourcing! I have started outsourcing now but so far only on article writing as I don’t have enough budget yet. hehe

  6. Outsourcing can have its benefits, but also its downfalls (only when you tend to fully depend on others when you can actually learn them if you just put your effort into it). Nevertheless, if you spend hours trying to figure out something like designing or programming (if it’s not your forte), then it’s best to turn to outsourcing.

  7. Hi Andrew,
It seems to be the ‘in’ thing at the moment to outsource. Everybody is suggesting some method or other. Your methods are a tad better than most and offered for FREE … Bless you and thanks

  8. Great links, thanks for sharing them! Personally, outsourcing has done a great deal with keeping my business intact and growing. You just have to keep in mind that in order for outsourcing to work for you, put trust in the people you work with after making sure that they’re qualified to do the task necessary for the business. A remote monitoring system might just be useful too.

Outsourcing has always helped me do more for a lesser time. I’m really lucky that the people I hire are always dependable and provides quality work. The links that you’ve provided for the articles are awesome. Especially the one by Daniel Scocco. I’ve read it before and it really made me decide to outsource. I’m not fully outsourcing though, I prioritize. I delegate the tasks that I need to get done at a lesser time.
