There are many bloggers who make a full time income either by selling their services, their products, affiliate products or numerous other ways.
There are many more who earn a part-time income doing similar but…
…if you run your blog as a business and generate some income from it, have you ever worked out your hourly income?
I am going to keep this simple just to get my point across…
Let’s say, on average, each day you work 8 hours each day doing blog writing, marketing, product creation and ‘selling’.
As a blogger wanting some income you have to do all of these, right?
Let’s say your 8 hours work generates $50…that’s $5 an hour.
But some tasks you do can generate more income than others.
You’d love to do more product creation because that is what brings in the money but you have to market don’t you?
I want to share with you something that I know will enable you to spend more time creating products or doing tasks that generate more income.
Outsourcing….no please don’t stop reading…
…bear with me just for a couple more minutes.
You see some of those tasks you do like Marketing can be outsourced for $2 or $3 an hour.
You will be saving money as instead of marketing you could spend more time on creating or selling products, which will increase your daily income.
Does that make sense?
If you want to influence your blogging and start making a little more income, I’d like to share with you some excellent training videos provided by my friend, Tyrone Shum.
You can see his FREE 10-part video course on how to outsource your blogging at this link:
http://incomebloggingguide.com/outsource.html
I’ve known Tyrone Shum for quite some time and he’s got me into outsourcing.
He’s helped train and coach hundreds of people to outsource their work and imporve their time management to focus on making money from their blogs.
If you’re still at the start-up phase of building your blog, then you may be one of the many who is struggling with the issue of how to get your blog set-up for you.
My blog and free guide show’s you how to do this step-by-step, but some people are just not comfortable with certain aspects of blogging, whether it may be technology, design, or just time constraints.
The best advice to solve this problem is to outsource your needs to someone who knows how to do it.
You can even give all my training material inside the “Income Blogging Guide” course to the person and they will do it all for you!
Get your copy of the FREE video e-course today:

So, why am I recommending Tyrone?
He’s the outsourcing expert. He hires skilled individuals who live in the Philippines to do the tech work (and a lot more) for him, so he can focus on other aspects of his business.
Tyrone’s video course compliments with my guide and it will teach you how to outsource and get other people to do things that you cannot do, or don’t want to do, yourself.
Tyrone is giving away his ten-part video course, because he wants to introduce himself by teaching you how he hires people from overseas.
In order to watch the videos, you have to go to this page and enter your name and email -

What is your experience of outsourcing? Please share your views in the comments below.

Andrew
is highly knowledgeable about blogs, and you can get your blog up and running
successfully and fast. Andrew has helped me immeasurably with
my blog and he is patient and good natured and a wonderful teacher.
Andrew is an asset to our ongoing website and social media needs. He responds quickly, accurately, and cost effectively. Andrew plays a consultative role in many aspects to our online needs.
I've spent insane amounts of money in the past with former webmasters until I discovered Andrew Rondeau.
Andrew was kind enough to offer up his own time as part of an initiative to make the world a better place, and I was one of the beneficiaries of that effort. He spent an hour with me working on improving my bounce rate; he suggested several helpful strategies. Most importantly, he helped me with some key processes to help speed up my site, which had bogged down considerably with overuse of graphics. Andrew helped me get set up with Rackspace, which helped so much. From a load time of almost 30 seconds, the site sped up to about a 6 second load. Thanks so much, Andrew!
I was introduced to Andrew by a dear friend Corinne Edwards and Andrew as transformed by blog in ways that have reaped results. My membership has gone up and my blog always looks clean and easy to read. Whenever I send Andrew a request to check out - it's ALWAYS prompt and easy to understand. In my humble opinion he is the BEST when it comes to knowledge of the blogging world.
The best blog builder, and the best blog maintenance, I've ever met is Andrew Rondeau. This fellow is an authentic professional in every sense of the word. He's lightning fast, knowledgeable, competent, a skilled listener. He goes the extra mile. He's able to share his passion for his work and products without being pushy. He as other great internet skills, too, but his most impressive attribute is mastery of website building.
Thank you Andrew for your patience in getting my website and on-line courses on-line and selling. You were fantastic in learning the delivery platform software that I had chosen and you were across the complexities quickly. Your detailed approach in setting guidelines and deliverables bought my focus back to where it should be and got the job done. Thank you for all your efforts it was a pleasure.
The
end result is a fantastic site that is attracting a lot more attention
and visitors than my old one.
I happened to stumble upon Andrew's website (WeBuildYourBlog.com) while searching for blogging services that would help me start my very own blog. I was a total newbie when it came to the blogging world. Fast forward 3 months and not only do I have my own awesome blog, but friends and family are actually asking me how to start their own blog and I am able to set their blogs up for them! In only 3 months under Andrew's guidance I went from total newbie to being sought after. Thanks Andrew!
Andrew is highly knowledgeable about blogs and very customer service focused. I knew nothing about blogs and Andrew was very kind, patient, pleasant to work with, receptive and responsive. Work was delivered in timely manner and if I need anything done for blog again I would use Andrew. If you are looking for quality work, excellent customer service and someone that really gets YOU and your needs, I recommend Andrew!.
Andrew
has extensive knowledge about internet marketing, SEO and building web
sites/blogs. His course explained everything in an easy to understand
way and I now have a web site that is generating me new clients and
producing income from internet product sales.
Andrew is the real deal and he knows his stuff! His customer service is superb and he gets your work done FAST! You won't need to wait around for endless weeks to see results. Most importantly he works on the site as if it's his own, thus you are assured that you will get the best quality service. I now give Andrew all of my new and old sites to work on. Trust me; you cannot go wrong with this gentleman!
I
am very happy to provide a testimonial for Andrew Rondeau. All the parts of
the process of working with Andrew were a pleasure. He clarified what I was
wanting and he delivered it without fuss. He was courteous and prompt in all
his dealings with me. I have no hesitation in recommending Andrew to anyone
who wants work done on their blog.
I have been online since 1996 and in that time I have been involved in the development of almost 400 web sites for my clients. I have worked with a wide variety of vendors and I have to tell you that Andrew @ We Build Your Blog has far exceeded my expectations. In addition to his vast knowledge and expertise, he is a genuinely great guy, who always goes the extra mile. I highly recommend him, in fact I only recommend him now for web development.
I wanted a stylish website that presented my original abstract art in a visually attractive way. Andrew came highly recommended to me as a "no nonsense" practitioner. He does exactly what he says he will do: I give him the parameters to work within and he provides a quick and precise service. You will receive nothing but the best from Andrew!
Without Andrew, I wouldn't even have a blog -- I would still just be sitting here, staring at my computer, feeling confused and helpless. With Andrew, I no longer fear confusion and it's impossible to feel helpless. He exerts any and all necessary efforts to resolve any problem or perplexity -- quickly, kindly, intelligently, up to and including IM exchanges in real time via skype. I would urge anyone at any level of expertise (or not) to make the most of his extraordinary talent.
I
was impressed with the excellent service.
I
approached Andrew in February 2010, because I needed to enhance the way I communicated
my business.
Having worked with Andrew on and off over the last year, I have found him to be very patient, helpful and easy to work with. He is also very knowledgeable, supportive and a true expert.
Hi, Andrew Rondeau here and this blog, my blog, will not lie to you. I will give it to you straight. This blog is about blogging, the Internet and sharing my experiences and advice on
Once you get a decent number of blogs you have to outsource. You cant do all the writing and marketing on your own.
For me especially social bookmarking is one of the tasks I really dislike. Right now I am looking to outsource that super boring task.
Thanks for the article!

Andrew,
Outsourcing can be tricky. One should be okay to compromise on the quality while outsourcing. I am sure it saves lots of money, but the question is about quality. If we get quality job in the acceptance level then we are safe, otherwise doing random quality checks will cost more than the actual outsourcing rate. I have tried to outsource some of my marketing chores to offshore workers and unfortunately didnt have good experience. I might sound little pessimistic, but thats only my version. I am sure there are plenty of others out there. Anyway I’ll watch the video and try to spot where I went wrong. Thanks for bringing this up.
Twitter: andrewrondeau
Ben,
You make a very good point about quality. I have found some outsourcers to be pretty poor when it comes to quality.
That’s another reason why I recommend Tyrone – he has found quality outsourcers to use.
Andrew
.-= Andrew @ Blogging Guide´s last blog ..Have You Ever Worked Out Your Value Per Hour? =-.
I do believe that outsourcing is important. But only once you have gotten to a certain point. I mean if you are obviously not making any money or your blog is still way too small it then it doesn’t make sense to outsource all the things to someone else. Of course it might but only if you earn more money per hour from something else (such as consulting) then you do from working on your blog.

What you say is right…however if you could afford to pay someone $3 an hour to do your blog marketing while you quickly create your first product…it could be worthwhile and not be too expensive.

Nice post, really time is money, however, outsourcing can be a great solution, but as Ben as said above, the quality is what matters. Marketing is very time consuming and at the same time can not be ignored.

Finding the right person to outsource to, is crucial. I’ve had a a few ‘bad apples’ before finding the people I use today.

Outsourcing can indeed enable you to get more tasks done in less time. I also think you would provide people with good employment opportunities if you outsource work.

Timely! Quite timely in a way as I am currently discussing with someone the viability of my consulting for pay…this would entail me needing more time, obviously.
As for outsourcing content creation, I would never advise such a thing for any sort of “primary” blog.

Dennis,
I hear what you are saying.
But why not?
If you have access to a great writer – who can copy your writing style, do the research, write a great blog post and then you check it, tweak it and publish.
That makes sense to me, as it saves me time to do other things needed to run my blogging business.

Great article!
Outsourcing can surely make you save money but even though there are lots of benefits of it, I have to admit that there are also some disadvantages. One example is there’s no way to be sure if the person you’ve hired will do the best job. There’s nothing left to do but trust him and hope for the best results.
Although I agree that Filipinos have good attitude when it comes to work. They are not just appreciated for doing a great job, but for being honest as well. But you still have to make sure you hire the best employees possible.
You have to build a bullet proof hiring process in order for outsourcing to be effective.
