Only yesterday I mentioned the importance of having a plan ‘b’ in case of being made redundant.
I’ve received some great comments, so thank you.

This video says it all. As much as we want to be loyal (and we should be) to the company that pays our salary we have to- have-to have- to be looking out for ourselves first. We know what type of economical times we are in and to sit and think that we will get out of it unscathed is quite possibly the definition of insanity.
WE should all be weaving a net of some sort

Ms. Freeman
You are so right. We do have to look out for ourselves. Get as much training from the company as your can. Get a mentor. And start your plan B. No-one is ever safe, not today, not in todays world.

Your video teaches everything indirectly. Always it’s our response when company pay to us, we should do better to give profit to the company as per as our possible. And we should stand with bad or good time with company.

Great video. I’ve not been laid off but I did have a hard time finding a job for a while. And I’m glad because it gave me time to write, to blog and ultimately build my career online

Thank you for this short but inspirational video. Though I find it unimaginable to experience being laid-off, I had my plan B setup last year.
